Everyone Listen Up - it's time to Cup & Run!
We are back for our third year!
Support us as we run, walk, hop, skip and jump 5KM A Day this October, and join us on Sunday 23rd October for the main event 10KM from St Kilda to the Tan!
The past two years we have had a goal to actively contribute to the care for patients and families experiencing Breast Cancer - we were so humbled by the response and generosity - raising over $18,000.
Both personally touched by Breast Cancer - we are passionate about raising awareness, knowing all to well that a breast cancer diagnosis can change your life in an instant and the impact can be felt right through your family and friends.
Lana's Dad undertook treatment for breast cancer in 2020, and Adelaide's mum, Pookie, lost her battle with breast cancer on the 10th October 2016. During this time the nurses were such a light to both of their experiences and an amazing support to our family.
We will be moving our little leggies throughout October to raise money for the McGrath Foundation - and the incredible work they do to help make the lives of families experiencing breast cancer that little bit easier.
This year, on Sunday 23rd October, we will be running 10KM in the hope to reach $25,000 by the end of October while sharing the importance of men and women checking their boobs, as early detection is your biggest protection!
