My goal

My goal is to be able to run without feeling sick after half a lap of a football  field. I made the decision a few months ago to quit  smoking and this will help me reach my goal of getting my fitness level back to how it was a few years ago.
My nan gave me a personal challenge to buy a deck of cigarettes and leave them unopened. At the end of October I will be throwing out that deck of cigarettes!  Going through something like this or  watching someone close to you makes a person realise how your life can change instantly and to never take anything for granted. Always  aim to be the best version of yourself and never waste time living in the past , work on your present and look forward to the future by setting goals and crossing of bucket list.
