Challenging ourselves mentally & physically for breast cancer.

Mentally getting prepared for something can be so difficult. But with the support of friends and family, it can make it that much easier facing something new and challenging. 
This is a challenge a friend sent myself for the month of July. It may not seem like many things to do, but consistency & persistence is a challenge for some when it comes to something new to start. Lou and I will post updates and photos everyday for the month of July with our tasks.
