Hi! My name is Mia Simpson I am 8 years old and I attend St Patrick’s School in Lithgow.
I want to make a difference and help people with Cancer.
This year my friend Briony passed away after a brave fight with breast cancer. I want to raise money for the beautiful McGrath nurses and the Foundation that helped her, cared for her and supported her when she was sick.
Please sponsor me as I share my hair with kids with cancer and raise money for the McGrath Foundation.
My Aunty Miss will be cutting off 38cm of my hair on the 6th of December and it will be sent to Sustainable Salons and be used in the production of a wig for someone that has lost their hair whilst battling with Cancer.
My little sister Tahli will also be cutting her hair and painting it pink to help me raise money for this wonderful cause!
We are fundraising to help make the lives of families experiencing breast cancer that little bit easier,
