F45 BUNDALL are fundraising for McGrath Foundation to help make the lives of families experiencing breast cancer that little bit easier.
With one of my dearest currently fighting this, I am doing the challenge in honour of her! As I push myself through each F45 session I will be thinking of her, knowing that any amount of pain I feel is only a fraction of what she fights through daily!
