Earlier this year our beautiful mother, Kim, received a Breast Cancer diagnosis.
The care, kindness and support given by her McGrath nurse, alongside all of those she's touched in her lifetime has been heart-warming.
I'm fundraising to show my thanks to the McGrath Foundation for helping make my mum's days that little bit easier, and in hopes more women and families can have the same support.
