I personally know the value of an amazing McGrath Breast Care Nurse. It has now been over 5 years since my diagnosis. I want to keep encouraging everyone young and old, male or female to learn to do self checks and to know what signs to look for. I was only 31 years old with no family history. I’m just so lucky my doctor did not dismiss my worries because I was ‘too young’.
