Fundraise for the
McGrath Foundation
There are many ways you can get involved with the McGrath Foundation to help our McGrath Breast Care Nurses support individuals and their families experiencing breast cancer. You can fundraise on your own, in a group, at school or work - create your own fundraiser or choose to join one of our seasonal campaigns and/or events. We are here to support you every step of the way to make your fundraiser a success.
Organise your own fundraising event
Challenge yourself
Set yourself a physical challenge and do it all in pink! You can walk, swim, run, cycle or create your own challenge and have your networks sponsor you. Fundraise by creating a personal online fundraising page to post on social media.
Host an event
Get creative and organise your own event. Think things like a high tea, a morning tea, luncheon or just pink up with friends and family! Why not raffle or auction some great prizes from local businesses or sell pink merchandise.
Do your own thing
Let your imagination run wild, pink up and fundraise your way. Nominate to do a head shave or colour your hair. Get your friends involved by giving up a vice (coffee, chocolate etc) and donate the money you would save.
Fundraise in dedication to a loved one
In Memory
Losing someone you love is always a difficult time. Giving a gift in their memory is a meaningful and special way to honour and remember them. Create a place for family and friends to come together, donate and share messages of support.
In Celebration
Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, wedding or other occasion, creating a fundraising page to share with friends and family, and asking for a donation rather than a gift is a special way to show you care.
In Honour
Dedicating your fundraising event to someone you care about experiencing breast cancer, or someone who has helped you through yours, is a nice way to acknowledge their journey and show they’re in your thoughts.
