Botanical gardens walk

Mum came round again and we walked over to the Springvale botanical gardens the cafe is open for takeaway. Once we had walked there and back my app said I had done 50+ minutes if walking  so did a bit more around the house to get to one hour.

Too sick today...

Don't know what I ate but I threw up in the morning and felt horrible all day.

Will try to do a 2 hours exercise on one day to make up for it.

Working again today so treadmill for one hour. Did 6.3km i think i overslept this morning and just feel kind of laggy today.

Working again so one hour on the treadmill. Did 6.5km in one hour. I want to do 7km before the end of the that would be a PB for this year.

Another work day so on treadmill. Today was an odd day, not in a bad way though, so only did 6.3km for an hour.

Working again today so one hour on treadmill. After doing more than 23,000 steps yesterday i was a bit tired and sore so set speed to 6.2km today.

Great weather = a lot of walking.

Weather wise it's probably the nicest day of the year so I've done well over an hour of walking today. Went to the ath's track for about 45 minutes then walked to the botanical gardens near my house and back. We are allowed 2 hours max I was probably 10 minutes under that all in all.

Did a few laps of the Athletics track near my house with my mum. was at about the 45min mark when that was done so marched on the spot while watching youtube vids for 15mins.

Hungover treadmill walk.

Up at 5:45am to get on treadmill for one hour before last day of 12 hours streaming. If my 35 year old body could talk it would be crying.

5:30am start for 1 hour walk!

Got up at 5:30am this morning to get the 1 hour treadmill walk done before doing another 12 hour stream.

Odd versions of exercise but they all count!

45 minutes of grocery shopping which i count as exercise cause lugging around a heavy trolley with a bung wheel is hard work. Then 15mins of exercise while streaming!

Working again so on treadmill during mindfulness hour. I did 6.6km this time and found it easier than yesterday which is odd.

Working again so treadmill for one hour. I upped the speed to 6.5km. Not a huge jump but baby steps at the moment. 

Back at Jells park 4th day in a row!

4th day in a row at Jells park to catch up with a buddy. He likes walking as much as I do so we did nearly 2 hours of exercise in the end.

Mum is my bubble person so she came over for lunch, beforehand though we went down the athletics track near my house and walked for about 45 minutes. I then went to Jell's Park to catch up with another mate got caught in the rain. All in all though I would have down an hours walking today.

Went to Jells Park to catch up with a mate. It was so busy I had to park about a 15 mintue walk away then walked for about 45 minutes with my friend. Adding on the walk back to the car I did well over an hour of walking today,

Another 60mins on Treadmill

Working again today so treadmill is the easiest option. I am going to try and up the speed over the month. Today was 6.2km for 60mins.

First 60min work out done!

Jumped on the treadmill as I'm working today and its the easiest option as I can jump off when the phone calls. I made sure to do a couple of extra minutes to be sure it was at least 60mins of working out.
