In memory of someone special
Carrie was diagnosed in May 2020, she fought an amazing fight winning for over 2 years. My beautiful wife, mother to 3 boys (Luke, Michael and Mathew) and daughter to Brian & Ann Bate took her last breath at 12:38am on Wednesday 10th August, 2022. Carrie was one of the strongest people I know and will be missed every second of every day.
Any donations made in lieu of flowers will be used by the McGrath foundation to provide nurses to support sufferers of Breast Cancer. Our experience with these nurses showed they are an invaluable asset in the fight and worth their weight in gold holding our hand through any number of appointments - they helped to take the fear out of the unknown.

I am currently watching your father's memorial service online and found this memorial to Carrie. I am deeply sorry to learn what your family has been through in the last few years.
