Let's do our part for breast cancer
I'm fundraising to help make the lives of families experiencing breast cancer that little bit easier.
Street Art Nambour are a bunch of bright and vibrant arty people who have come together with a a vision of decorating our town with street art murals.
Our very latest idea is to have our local community participate in helping us create an incredible and very special artwork! It will be panels of prints, to be installed at our hospital in the cancer ward.
Participants will use their own breasts to create a print with acrylic paint on to the panels. They might do it for a loved one they have lost or to celebrate the struggle they are having with breast cancer themselves. You can see this will be a very special artwork indeed.
Each participant on the day will make a donation of $5 and all of the funds raised will go to the McGrath Foundation.
