Tracking your steps!
Learning how to track your steps is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Whether you have an apple watch, fitbit or phone, you can track steps your way. Your online fundraising page allows you to connect to fitness apps such as Strava and Fitbit. Learn more about how you can track your steps with ease!
Where to sync or find your steps?
Download the Fitbit or Strava App on your phone to set up your account.
OR if you already have an iPhone you can see your daily steps in the health application.
How to connect to your fundraising page?
Login to your personal fundraising page, and under the My Fitness Activity Tab you can click your preferred fitness app and follow the prompts.
For those who record the steps in your health app on iPhone, you can enter them manually.
Where I can track my steps?
To track your steps, you will see how many you have completed when logged into your fundraising page under the dashboard tab.
For those who are tech-savvy, you can post your Strava activity under your blog page.
Top tip for using fitness apps:
Top tip for using fitness apps: When you start each run / walk, select 'Start your workout' in the app on your phone. Once you end your workout, save your workout and your distance will be published to the tally on your fundraising page the following day (please allow 24 hours). When using Fitbit app, you must ‘start’ an activity and save it. Your daily steps will not automatically add to your page.
