I'm fundraising to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.

A breast cancer diagnosis changes your life, often in ways you wouldn’t expect. The impact can be felt right through your family and friends. As much as you try, the diagnosis, the treatment and the disease can take over your life.

My Inspiration

During late 2011 my family was left with a big hole. Losing my amazing and inspiring mother to a long breast cancer battle. Being 12 years old and having to come to the realisation that my mum was never going to be waking up was a hard journey. Through amazing support from my amazing dad, sister, family and friends we battled through together. For this reason I am wanting to raise money for this amazing charity to help other families get the support and care they need.
